20 Best Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers in Dubai

Choosing a kitchen cabinet company in Dubai involves more than comparing designs. Local manufacturers, showrooms, importers and fit-out contractors may offer similar-looking kitchens, but their roles in production, installation and after-sales service can differ. Whether you are renovating a villa or specifying cabinets for apartments, it helps to know where the cabinets are made, who installs them and who handles defects after handover.

This guide compares 20 kitchen cabinet companies serving Dubai in 2026. It identifies their business roles and looks at materials, customisation, project fit, installation and warranty support. It also covers costs and the questions to ask before signing a contract.

Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers in Dubai Overview

A kitchen showroom in Dubai is not necessarily a Dubai factory. This guide compares 20 companies serving the city, including local manufacturers, factories in other UAE emirates, kitchen suppliers, fit-out firms, and showrooms for imported brands. Start with the comparison table to find companies suited to your apartment, villa, or development project. Then compare custom and modular kitchens, cabinet materials, total costs, lead times, installation responsibilities, and written warranties. Before you choose, ask each company where your cabinets will be made, who will measure and install them, and who will fix problems after handover.

How to Choose a Kitchen Cabinet Company in Dubai

A beautiful showroom kitchen tells you what a company can display. Your quotation and drawings tell you what it will deliver to your property. Shortlist companies that handle your type of project, then send each one the same measurements, layout, appliance list, and finish requirements. That makes the quotations easier to compare.

What to Ask

Company role

Do you manufacture the cabinets, supply another brand, or manage the installation? Where are the cabinets made?

Cabinet specification

What board, door finish, edge treatment, hinges, and drawer hardware are included?

Project scope

Are site measurement, drawings, removal, countertops, appliances, plumbing, electrical work, delivery, and installation included?

Schedule

When does production start, when will delivery take place, and how long will installation take?

After-sales support

Who handles missing parts, adjustments, defects, and warranty claims in Dubai?

If you live in an apartment or a managed villa community, check access and renovation rules before ordering. Some Emaar communities require a home modification application and contractor entry permits; requirements vary by community and project. Ask your building or community manager what applies to your kitchen. Emaar Community Management.

For a single home, confirm that the company accepts one-kitchen projects. For a development, ask how it manages approved samples, repeated specifications, staged deliveries, and installation across multiple units.

Custom and Modular Kitchens in Dubai

Modular kitchens are assembled from a manufacturer’s range of cabinet units. Buyers can usually choose among sizes, door finishes, drawers and internal fittings, so “modular” does not mean every kitchen looks or functions alike. Custom joinery offers more control over cabinet dimensions, corners, tall storage and the fit around existing walls and appliances. It still has practical limits set by the room and the production method.

Side-by-side Dubai apartment and villa kitchens, showing standard modular units and cabinetry fitted around a custom island

In a Dubai apartment with a regular layout, standard units with tailored end panels may fit well. A villa kitchen with a large island or unusual storage requirements may call for more bespoke work. Many companies offer a combination. The cabinet drawings should show where standard units are used, which parts are made to measure and how gaps around walls and appliances are resolved.

If your layout has awkward corners, a structural column or a non standard ceiling height, a modular range will usually need filler panels to work. Bespoke kitchen cabinets are built to your measurements instead, which costs more but removes the gaps.

Best Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers in Dubai

Al Meera Kitchens

A Ras Al Khor factory producing kitchens, wardrobes and vanities, with published work on Azizi residential developments. Al Meera states capacity for 30,000 kitchens and 200,000 wardrobes annually; these are its production-capacity figures, not a count of completed orders.

Al Marri Metal Kitchen Factory

Based in Sharjah Industrial Area, with in-house design, fabrication and installation. Stainless steel, aluminium and skin plate kitchens distinguish its range, alongside wood-based cabinets and wardrobes for villas and residential buildings.

Al Khalid Furniture Factory LLC

Custom kitchens, wardrobes, doors and vanities from a factory in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 3. Its combined cabinet and door range is relevant to Dubai projects sourcing several joinery items from the same workshop.

KITCHENSPACE

A WORKSPACE kitchen brand with a showroom in Dubai Investments Park and production in Dubai. Custom cabinetry, worktops and storage for villas and apartments, alongside office pantry projects. Its stated service covers design, installation and aftercare.

Starwood Industries

Kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and vanities made at its Dubai Investment Park facility. Starwood also fabricates fire-rated and other doors, giving it a broader joinery scope for residential developments.

Finasi

A Dubai fit-out company with its own joinery factory in Dubai Investment Park. Bespoke kitchens and wardrobes sit alongside wider interior works, making Finasi relevant when the kitchen is part of a complete villa or apartment fit-out.

SAI Kitchen, Wardrobe & Offices

A showroom in Umm Suqeim 1 and a factory in Umm Al Quwain. SAI produces custom kitchens and wardrobes and also offers vanities and office furniture, combining a Dubai customer-facing location with manufacturing elsewhere in the UAE.

FINMAT

Two related roles under one group: FINMAT Trading supplies kitchen components and materials, while FINMAT Kitchen Industry makes Holza kitchens, wardrobes and vanities. Its Dubai operations also produce Finstone solid surfaces.

Farmazan

Custom kitchens, closets and furniture from a factory in Umm Al Quwain, with showrooms in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Its published factory description gives a production area of more than 22,000 square feet.

KITCHENS & Beyond

Shafic Dagher

A Sharjah kitchen manufacturer operating in the UAE since 1975. Alongside cabinets, wardrobes, worktops and appliances, it offers maintenance such as hinge replacement and cabinet-door adjustment.

DISI

Ugarit International

A Dubai Investment Park 2 manufacturer of modular and bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, doors and vanities. Its published portfolio includes residential developments requiring several of these products within the same project.

Venezia Designs

A Dubai kitchen design and renovation company offering modular and customised layouts through installation. Its documented role centres on design and project delivery; the available company information does not establish a factory location.

Golden Link

A Dubai-based fit-out business with a joinery factory in Al Ghail, Ras Al Khaimah. Its broader interior contracting work makes it most relevant when cabinetry forms part of a larger residential, hospitality or commercial project.

Al Salim Industries

A Sharjah manufacturer of kitchens, wardrobes, wooden doors and counters. Its range also includes countertop materials and post-installation repair services.

Snaidero Kitchens UAE

Italian-made Snaidero kitchens supplied through a Dubai showroom in Al Manara. The UAE partner provides tailored design, installation and after-sales service, connecting imported production with a local project team. Our guide to Italian kitchen cabinet manufacturers covers more brands beyond this Dubai shortlist.

Nolte FZE

Nolte’s Dubai-based regional distribution hub for German-made kitchens. Serves local customers directly, and the brand’s published project portfolio includes a large kitchen supply project at Tilal Al Ghaf. Nolte also appears in our German kitchen cabinet manufacturers guide.

Apartment Developments and Commercial Kitchens

The word “commercial” covers several different kinds of work in Dubai. A developer furnishing many apartments needs repeatable cabinet dimensions, consistent finishes and hardware, and deliveries that follow construction stages. Variations between unit types still need to be recorded in the drawings. Al Meera, Starwood and Ugarit publish residential development work or large project capabilities. That makes them relevant to multi-unit procurement, although production scale alone says little about the design service available for a single villa kitchen.

Commercial Kitchens and apartment development in Dubai

An office pantry, hotel guest suite or reception counter can also appear in a company’s commercial portfolio. These are often cabinetry and interior joinery projects rather than fully equipped cooking spaces. Finasi and Golden Link combine joinery with broader fit-out work, so their role may extend beyond supplying cabinets. In a project tender, cabinet fabrication, stone, appliances and site installation need separate descriptions. Otherwise, two quotations for the same “kitchen” may cover substantially different work.

A working restaurant kitchen or central food-preparation area calls for another kind of supplier. Dubai Municipality publishes a Food Code and guidance for food establishments. Cabinets, work surfaces and equipment need to suit the food-handling area and its cleaning requirements. Al Marri includes stainless steel kitchens in its range, but that material alone does not establish whether a proposed installation suits a particular restaurant layout. Catering equipment, extraction and drainage may also involve specialist contractors.

Developers fitting out towers in Downtown, Business Bay or Dubai Marina often run two specifications at once, a standard unit and an upgraded one for premium floors. Luxury kitchen cabinets in the upgraded tier can share the same carcass as the standard units, which keeps production simple while changing the visible finish.

Materials That Suit Dubai Homes

Dubai has hot, humid summers, which makes delivery and temporary storage worth planning when cabinetry arrives before a site is ready. Protect wood-based panels from moisture and follow the product’s handling instructions. Once the kitchen is in use, splashes or leaks around sinks and dishwashers are a more direct concern for cabinet edges and joints.

MDF and plywood cabinet in Dubai

Medium-density fibreboard (MDF), plywood and particleboard are all used for cabinet carcasses. Their suitability depends on the board grade, construction and protection from water. A moisture-resistant board is not waterproof, and “marine-grade” alone does not describe how the finished cabinet will perform.

For doors, high-pressure laminate (HPL) is a durable option for frequent use. Matt lacquer, acrylic and timber veneer offer different appearances and cleaning needs. View samples in the intended lighting and check how the finish shows fingerprints and scratches.

Engineered quartz generally needs no sealing, but hot cookware should be placed on a trivet. Natural stone and other countertop materials are also options; follow the care instructions for the specific surface selected.
Finish choice matters as much as the board underneath it. High gloss cabinet finishes reflect light and suit apartments where the kitchen opens onto the living area, though they show fingerprints more readily. Handleless kitchen cabinets give a cleaner line and are common in newer Dubai developments. Ask any supplier to show you both in a physical sample before deciding.

Local Manufacturing and Imported Kitchen Systems

A UAE factory can make site measurements, design changes and installation easier to coordinate, particularly when the same company handles each stage. Production location alone does not guarantee a faster delivery or simpler warranty claim. Confirm when the lead time starts, who installs the cabinets and who returns for adjustments after handover.

European systems such as Nolte and Snaidero are manufactured abroad but can be designed and installed through UAE-based teams. They also allow tailored layouts, so their dimensions should not be described as limited to standard sizes. Delivery depends on the brand and design: Snaidero’s UAE partner gives an average of 10 to 12 weeks from order confirmation to delivery, followed by installation. For a closer look at European kitchen brands, see our guide to European kitchen cabinet manufacturers.

Chinese factory-direct supply is another option, especially for buyers ordering custom cabinets across multiple units. Compare its landed and installed cost with a local quote, including production, inspection, freight, delivery and Dubai installation. Agree on drawings, samples, quality checks and responsibility for replacement parts before production begins. Some sourcing companies can coordinate inspection and shipping, so these tasks do not necessarily fall to the buyer alone.
If you are comparing a UAE quotation with factory-direct supply, use our guide to buying kitchen cabinets from China to check specifications, inspection, shipping documents, and the full delivered cost.

Whichever route you choose, ask how the cabinets are checked before they leave the factory. You can see our quality control process as an example of what to ask any manufacturer for, including panel inspection, hardware testing and packing checks.

Costs Lead Times and Warranties in Dubai

Kitchen prices in Dubai depend on cabinet dimensions, board and door finishes, hardware, and what the quote includes. As one published guide, UAE cabinet maker Arcan gives an indicative range of AED 1,800 to AED 7,500 per linear metre, while noting that countertops and appliances are generally priced separately. This is a supplier estimate, not a verified market average. When comparing metre rates, check whether they include both base and wall cabinets, installation and value-added tax (VAT).

kitchen cabinet Costs Lead Times and Warranties in Dubai

Production schedules need a clear starting point. Final site measurements, approved drawings, selected finishes and the deposit may all be required before fabrication begins. As an indicative planning allowance, Dubai design and fit-out firm Mariot suggests 6 to 10 working weeks for a moderate residential joinery package after those approvals. Complex work can take longer, so the supplier’s schedule should distinguish production from delivery and installation.

Warranty periods are difficult to compare without knowing what they cover. SAI advertises 15 years for its kitchens and wardrobes. Farmazan advertises warranties of up to 25 years for certain products made with Spanish Superpan board. Nolte says its warranty of up to five years for justified complaints is granted to retail partners. These claims cover different products or parties, so the written contract should specify coverage for the quoted cabinets, finishes, hardware and installation.

Lead time for imported cabinets depends on production time plus shipping and customs clearance, so ask for both separately rather than a single figure. Our delivery and shipment process sets out how each stage works for a UAE project.

Three Ways to Buy a Kitchen in Dubai

Before comparing the companies below, it helps to know which buying route fits your project. Each one changes who is responsible for design, production, delivery and installation.

Local manufacturer or showroom

You buy everything from one company in the UAE. They design, produce, deliver and install, and they handle any warranty claim. This is the simplest route and usually the most expensive. It suits a single kitchen where you want one party responsible for the whole job.

Fit out contractor

Common for apartment developments, villa projects and commercial kitchens. The contractor sources the cabinets and manages installation as part of a larger package. You deal with the contractor, not the cabinet maker.

Direct from the factory with local installation

You order cabinets from a manufacturer, often overseas, and arrange fitting through a local installer. This is normal practice in the UAE because most cabinet systems are imported anyway. It gives you more control over specification and cost, and it suits larger orders and repeat projects.

Parlun works in the third group. We manufacture in Foshan and ship to UAE projects, so the comparison below is useful whether you buy locally or source direct.

How to Shortlist and Choose Your Supplier

Twenty companies is too many to contact. Here is how to narrow the list and compare what comes back.

Cut the list to three
Start with business role. A manufacturer, a showroom, an importer and a fit out contractor all appear similar in a search result, but they do different work. Match the role to your project before anything else.

Dubai homeowner and cabinet company representative measuring an apartment kitchen and reviewing installation drawings

Then filter by project size. Some companies take a single apartment kitchen. Others set a minimum project value and focus on joinery packages for developments. Ask this early rather than after a site visit.
Last, check whether installation is included or arranged separately. This single question changes the price comparison more than any other.

Ask all three for the same five things
Compare quotes only when every supplier has quoted the same scope. Request:
An itemised quote that separates cabinets, worktops, hardware, delivery and installation. A written material specification covering board type, edge banding, hinges and drawer runners. A timeline split into production time and delivery time, not one combined figure. The warranty terms, including who handles a claim and for how long. A physical door and finish sample.

Signs worth pausing on
A quote with no itemisation makes comparison impossible and usually hides where the margin sits. A refusal to provide a material specification in writing means you cannot verify what you are buying. A single combined lead time with no breakdown often means production has not been scheduled yet.

Before you sign
Confirm who takes the final site measurements and when. Confirm what happens if a panel arrives damaged or a part is missing. Confirm the payment stages and what each one releases. Get all three in the order document, not in a chat message.

How Parlun Building Supports Cabinet Projects

Send us your kitchen layout and the finish you have in mind, or speak to our purchase team if you want to talk through specification and quantities first.

Parlun building kitchen cabinets

Parlun Building is a Foshan-based kitchen cabinet manufacturer and building materials sourcing company serving international projects. It offers custom cabinet dimensions, board materials, finishes and hardware, and coordinates production checks and export logistics. This may suit Dubai developers, contractors and importers sourcing cabinets alongside other building materials.

For a Dubai project, site measurement and local installation need to be arranged as part of the project scope. Buyers can send their layouts and cabinet schedule through Parlun Building’s kitchen cabinet page to discuss specifications, pricing and shipping.

Frequently Asked Questions

Get the landlord’s permission before making changes. Dubai’s tenancy law restricts tenants from altering a property without the landlord’s consent and any required official approvals. Agree in writing on who pays for the work and what happens to the cabinets when the tenancy ends.

Yes, if the existing cabinet boxes are sound, correctly aligned and suitable for new hinges and fronts. Several Dubai renovation firms offer door and drawer-front replacement. If the boxes are swollen or damaged, replacing the affected units may make more sense than covering the problem with new doors.

Yes. Have the Dubai installer take or verify the site measurements and review the supplier’s drawings before production. The order should assign responsibility for damaged or missing parts, countertop fitting and any cabinets that need adjustment on site.

Many companies serving homeowners take on a single apartment or villa kitchen, while some factories focus on larger joinery packages or set a minimum project value. The companies in this guide serve different scales of work, so a firm’s project focus is more useful than its “manufacturer” label when making a shortlist.

It depends on the company and the agreed scope. Some Dubai design and installation businesses handle cabinets, countertops and appliance fitting together. A joinery factory may supply cabinets ready for a separately fitted worktop. Plumbing and electrical connections should be assigned explicitly within the project rather than assumed to be part of cabinet installation.

Final Thoughts

Dubai buyers can choose from local factories, manufacturers in other emirates and showrooms for imported kitchens. An apartment replacement, a villa renovation and a multi-unit development call for different production and installation capabilities. Use the comparison and profiles to narrow the options, then compare proposals for the same project scope and choose a company with clear responsibility for delivery and installation.
